We are looking forward to this year's class with great anticipation. From September 2022 through June 2023, we will take part in a one day retreat, eight monthly workday sessions, a tour of Ashland County and a graduation program.
The Leadership Ashland Class is designed to:
- Identify existing and emerging community leaders
- Acquaint participants with community needs and issues
- Broaden participant's understanding of the political, economic, business, and social fabric of Ashland County.
- Prepare participants to take a more active leadership role within the community and within their sponsoring organizations.
The Leadership Ashland experience offers the participant an opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to assume a vital role in our community. Participants widen their circle of friendships and become acquainted with numerous community leaders. Sponsoring organizations are rewarded with an involved and motivated employee. The biggest winner? The Ashland County community!
