The Key to Increased Retention: Understanding Your People
Are you a manager who has done multiple employee personality assessments trying to figure out how to get your team to work better together? You're not alone. Organizations spend millions of dollars on assessments and don’t know what to do with the information to create the change they want.
Continue your leadership training by attending Leadership Ashland's upcoming luncheon focused on the importance of personality assessments and how to make the results work for you and create a thriving culture that boosts employee retention.
Learning objectives for this upcoming luncheon include:
- How to consider the time and financial investment when determining which assessments to use and why
- Understanding why effective facilitation is needed to maximize your investment
- How to implement the information from assessments to create the team you want
