DESCRIPTION:RETREAT AGENDA\n\nClick here to see the agenda for Wednesday's Class\n\n\n\nGreetings\, Class of 2015-16 Participants and Sponsors!\n\nWe are looking forward to this year's class with great anticipation.\n\nFrom September 2015 through June 2016\, we will take part in a one day retreat\, eight monthly workday sessions\, a bus tour of Ashland County and a graduation program.\n\n\nThe Leadership Ashland Class is designed to:\n\n\n	Identify existing and emerging community leaders\n	Acquaint participants with community needs and issues\n	Broaden participant's understanding of the political\, economic\, business\, and social fabric of Ashland County.\n	Prepare participants to take a more active leadership role within the community and within their sponsoring organizations.\n\n\nThe Leadership Ashland experience offers the participant an opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to assume a vital role in our community. Participants widen their circle of friendships and become acquainted with numerous community leaders. Sponsoring organizations are rewarded with an involved and motivated employee. The biggest winner?
