DESCRIPTION:The Lunch & Learn Series of programs are made possible by a generous grant  from the Ashland County Community Foundation's "Innovation Fund."\n\n\n\nSocial Media In The Workplace\n\nSocial media in the workplace can be productive or unproductive\, depending on its use. In this 1- hour seminar\, attorney Jennifer A. Corso will speak about creating fair legal policies surrounding social media use by your employees as well as what employers can and cannot do when employees post about work related matters. Other topics will include legal implications when using social media to screen new hires and whether  managers should "friend" employees. Ms. Corso will also discuss what to do if your business is the target of a negative social media campaign.\n\n\n\nPresenter:  Jennifer A. Corso\n\n Jennifer Corso is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University (B.S. 1990)\, and received her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (J.D.1993). She is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Ohio and the United States Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio. In 2005\, Ms. Corso was named a "Rising Star Super Lawyer" by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine\, which identifies outstanding Ohio lawyers who have demonstrated superior professional potential.
