DESCRIPTION:How Does Your Apple Measure Up? Wellness Initiative 1.0 \n\n\n\nBWC provides workplace wellness grants to Ohio employers to assist with improving the health and wellness of their workforce. This presentation provides an overview of the grant application process and how to most effectively implement a workplace wellness program. The majority of the discussion will focus on success stories and the impact that these programs have in the reduction of claims frequency and severity.\n\n\n\nCarol Morrison\, BWC\n\nCarol Morrison is the Manager of the Division of Safety & Hygiene (DSH) Outreach Programs and Services at the BWC.  With 25 years of public service\, Carol has managed and developed programs to advance safety in Ohio businesses including the Safety Intervention and Workplace Wellness Grant programs.  Carol is a graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership Management and a Master's degree in Business and Finance.  She also received a certificate in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management.\n\n\n\n\n\nAnnual Toys for Tots Drive continues!
