Our perception is our reality. Perceptions are based on our beliefs, education, childhood experiences, our social environment and more. Two people can see the exact same thing and perceive it differently. Then you add in our mind finishing the story…and boy that can be fun! How can we hold our staff accountable when they may not perceive what we think they are?  This presentation will give you some insight to perception that can hopefully improve staff accountability and ultimately a better working environment.
