Homeward Bound Dog Shelter Ribbon Cutting & Open House
The Homeward Bound Dog Shelter of Ashland County would like to invite you to a special Community Open House on Monday, September 11th from 4-6pm. The event will kick off with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by tours of the newly constructed facility.
