About Us
Third Street Community Clinic, dba Third Street Family Health Services (TSFHS), is a federally-qualified 330-e-funded health center providing comprehensive primary and preventive care. TSFHS was originally incorporated and known as Third Street Community Clinic when it first began serving Richland County in 1994 with one site in Mansfield, Ohio. TSFHS now has 10 locations in Richland, Crawford, and Ashland Counties. Currently in Ashland, Ohio we have one location.
